AVVO - Army Officer Unqualified Resignation

I am an Army Reserve medical officer, currently in IRR. I am considering resigning my commission as the end of my service obligation is approaching. I have some concerns as I previously had a difficult time getting into IRR in the first place. I found information about COL Meili online and read the reviews on this site. The reviews were accurate.
