Bill took a denied request for an early release from active duty via an Unqualified Resignation (UQR) and turned it in to recommendations for approval. Bill was able to convince the same individuals who recommended disapproval to recommend approval for my reconsideration! Bill's knowledge of the system and his interpersonal skills were pivotal to the reversal of my denied request. Bill saw the entire process through completion without wavering - over six months of effort!
I was hesitant to hire an attorney who was five time-zones away, but Bill quickly learned the best hours to reach me during the day and his communications with me never left anything to be desired.
